Licenses to conduct preliminary competitions to select candidates to the Miss Latina US™ and Miss Teen US Latina™ Pageants are offered on an annual basis contingent upon compliance with pageant rules and regulations and subject to the terms of agreement in effect for each pageant year. The Miss Latin America Organization strives to maintain its established network of pageants and license renewals are fairly automatic when licensed pageant directors fulfill their obligations within the Organization and their conduct is irreproachable.

 

Licensed pageant directors are guaranteed exclusivity in their territory for recruiting candidates for preliminary competitions to select official delegates to the National Pageants. Licenses carry total responsibility for the organization and commercialization of these contests, its candidates and winners, and Organizacion Miss America Latina, Inc. does not assume any obligation or liability derived from the operation of these franchises in each territory.

 

Organización Miss America Latina, Inc. provides each State/Heritage License Holder with marketing and operational support.  These benefits are included in the annual license fee.

  Availability of reigning National Titleholders to assist in Licensee’s pageant marketing and production
